The short version. We collect what you type into the contact form, and nothing else. There are no cookies, no analytics, no advertising pixels and no tracking of any kind on this site. We do not sell or share your information.
Who we are
OTNI operates two service companies in Minnesota: OTNI Cleaning
Services and OTNI Property Services. This policy
covers both, and every page under otni.us.

What we collect
Only what you enter in the quote form:

We do not ask for payment information on this website, and we never will. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
What we do NOT collect
- No cookies. The site sets none, so there is no consent banner.
- No analytics. We do not run Google Analytics or any equivalent.
- No advertising pixels. No Meta, no Google Ads remarketing.
- No accounts, no passwords. There is nothing to log into.
- No location tracking.
Who else touches your information
Two services are involved in the page working at all:

| Google Workspace | Carries your form submission. Pressing send posts the fields listed above to a script running in our own Google Workspace account, which records them in our spreadsheet and emails them to us. No separate form company is involved. |
| Google Fonts | Serves the two typefaces. Loading a font exposes your IP address to Google, as it would on most websites. |
Our hosting is Cloudflare Pages, which keeps standard server logs. If you choose to reach us by WhatsApp, that conversation happens inside WhatsApp under their terms, not ours.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only with someone who needs it to do the job you asked for.
How long we keep it
Quote requests stay in our email and in our own spreadsheet, so we can follow up and keep a record of what was agreed. If you become a customer, we keep the job record as long as Minnesota law requires for business records. Ask us to delete a request that did not become a job and we will remove it from both.
Your choices
- Ask what we hold about you, and we will tell you.
- Ask us to correct it.
- Ask us to delete it, where we are not required to keep it.
- Simply call instead of using the form — then nothing is collected here at all.

Security
The site is served over HTTPS only. It runs no database and stores nothing on our servers — submissions go straight to our email. That is a deliberate design choice: there is no customer database here to breach.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be announced on this page.
